Smaller Job Losses, Rising Unemployment is Good and Bad News for Labor Markets

With unemployment jumping to 9.4 percent this month according to the lastest jobs report released today, PNC Chief Economist Stuart Hoffman cautions that the freefall in the economy is at a slower pace than during the winter and early spring, but the light at the end of the tunnel is not yet in sight.
