ADAMS System Helps Fight Doping in Sport

World Anti-Doping Agency's ADAMS System Helps Fight Doping in Sport

The World Anti-Doping Agency has produced a video on ADAMS, its Anti-Doping Administration and Management System. This system, launched in 2005, is a free-to-use, highly secure Web-based database system that increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the fight against doping in sport by simplifying and coordinating the daily activities of those, including athletes, involved in the anti-doping process—from athletes providing whereabouts information, to anti-doping organizations ordering tests, to laboratories reporting results.

ADAMS is currently used by more than 20,000 athletes and more than 100 anti-doping organizations around the world.
