Holding a Shura in Afghanistan's Uzbeen Valley

In a former insurgent stronghold, French and American soldiers get together with Afghan security forces to hold a meeting for local residents. These meetings, known as shuras, are crucial in allowing ISAF and Afghan forces to work together with the local community. This is only the second time that such a meeting has been held in the Uzbeen Valley.
