Ericsson Racing Team Leads Fleet Away From Galway

Leg 8 of the Volvo Ocean Race began on June 6. A spectacle of a stopover was capped by a spectacular send-off for Ericsson Racing Team and the Volvo Ocean Race with a 20-knot northerly wind propelling Ericsson 4 at the head of the fleet as it left Galway Bay. The five or six day journey will take the fleet to Marstrand, Sweden. For Ericsson Racing Team, it's a homecoming.
