Improving Birth Registration Practices to Secure Schooling in Ivory Coast

Low birth registration rates in Ivory Coast, where in some parts of the country more than half of all children are undocumented, is taking a toll on children's right to education. Forced out of school because of their legal status, some children are forced to work rather than continue their schooling.
